. If you received an item that is damaged or defective, we will happily replace or refund at no cost to you if the return request is done the same day of delivery.

. For fragile items (especially items delivered out of Karachi), the package needs to be opened as soon as the order is delivered. In case of any damage, please make a video and send us pictures to claim your refund/replacement.

. We do not provide any guarantee or warranty for electronic items/appliances. Only checking warranty is available for 24 hours. Complaints will not be catered after this time frame.

. We STRONGLY advise our clients to open and check their parcels the moment they are delivered. Excuses for being occupied in a wedding or travel etc because of which parcel couldn’t be checked WILL NOT BE ENTERTAINED in any case.
